Press to Handstand Progression Pt.1


In this series Coach Carl breaks down the Press to Handstand movement with a number of progressions to help you train and practice building strength, balance, and flexibility.

In this video, Carl first uses the box to demonstrate the proper shoulder position to support the body in the press. Next, Carl uses the band as support to get the hips to fold up and to help lift the feet off the ground while practicing loading the shoulders for the press.
