Back on the Seminar Tour
The CrossFit Games fever is catching on fast with the Regionals about to go in full swing, but I'm going to have to keep an eye on it while I go on another whirlwind tour over the next 3 weeks to give 6 Freestyle Connection gymnastics-movement seminars.
