Finding Skill in Strict Movements

If you don't have a Strict Handstand Push Up against the wall yet, it may be because you haven't developed enough strength yet.  But for those of us who can strict press a barbell loaded with bodyweight overhead, what's the deal?  Well, maybe the skill is missing.  Check out this week's progression to learn how to use gravity as a skill - it's always there so you might as well friend it rather than fight it.
