Freestyle in the Field with the Step Vault Pt.1

Prescription: 

In this series, Carl and Richard explore different Freestyle applications of gymnastics movements found in training to maneuvers on the field.

In this first video, Carl and Richard practice moving over obstacles using the Step Vault, by freestyling elements of the support, lunge and step up, and hip extension in order to move and balance their center of mass smoothly and efficiently.
