In this series, Carl focuses on using Jump Rope POSITIONS and MOVEMENTS as a skill transfer exercise to improve your endurance, specifically with your running.  In this video, Carl discusses weightlessness you experience during jumps and how it's important to maintain positions during this transition.  Mastering this is KEY to translating to executing your movements under heavy loads - with your kipping pull ups, weightlifting, and of course your aerial movements with gymnastics tumbling and trampolining.
