New Skills = More Options
This week we return to our important conversation about Jumping and Landing mechanics to give you more exposure to new skills, so you can ultimately have more options when you're shooting for a new personal record or a spot at the CrossFit Games. Jump Lunges (or Mountain Climbers) is another one of those skills that look simple but have so much value in practicing. Think about receiving a split jerk or a few heavy Snatches from 12.2, or improving your running mechanics, or even stepping off a high box after you're smoked from a ton of box jumps. Learn it, practice it, and use it an option on the field.
