One-Arm Handstand Progression Pt.2
The One-Arm handstand is not only a feat of balance and positional strength, but it also great skill transfer potential by training your upper body's ability to resist (an generate) rotation while pushing.
In this video, Coach Carl demonstrates a drill to further your one-arm handstand balance with shoulder and hip touches. Start by practicing against the wall, leaning from side to side on in your handstand and freeing your opposite hand to touch your shoulder or hip. Then practice the same drill with a freestanding handstand for skill transfer to your handstand walks.
