HSPUs against the wall.
L-pull-ups had good form, thanks to the video tips. Kept almost in a "V".
Instead of slide to hollows, did push-up position to jacknife on the rings (hanging just above the floor), for 5 reps per round, holding for 5 seconds each time at deepest position.
