Planche Progression Pt.6


In this series Coach Carl introduces the Planche hold and goes through a number of progressions to help you find the proper positions and build up strength to achieve this movement.

In this video, Carl demonstrates how develop motor control throughout the range of motion starting from the bottom.  For this progression, Carl uses a pull up rack, a bench, and a band as assistance to bring the hips up and flatten the back with the legs in both the tucked and straddle position.
