Press to Handstand Progression Pt.2


In this series Coach Carl breaks down the Press to Handstand movement with a number of progressions to help you train and practice building strength, balance, and flexibility.

In this video, Carl demonstrates the three different Press to Headstands with the Tuck Up, Straddle Up, and Pike Up variations as a progression to the Press to Handstands.  Once you have stability and control with the Press to Headstands, you can try the three variations of Press to Handstands with the band for support.
