In this progression series, Coach Carl demonstrates different ways to build up pull and grip strength with different gear through multiple modalities.

In this video, Carl shows how to build grip strength by demonstrating Pull Ups on a Rogue Fat Bar Grip which forces you to develop a strong wrist position.  Doing Pull Ups on the fat bar also allows you to once again practice finishing the pull in global extension for skill transfer, as you need just a bit more room to clear your chin over the bar.
