In this series, Carl breaks down the progressions to perform a Pull Over. In this video, Carl explains how to reverse the Pull Over - as the Forward Roll - as a way to get down safely from a high bar. Once you practice this roll a few times, you may notice that you can do the same Forward Roll on the rings from a strong support position to get down safely from the top, instead of dropping on your shoulder or jumping down.
