Video doesn't seem to load for me - anybody had any success?

Carl, Thank you for this video! I watched it twice and then practiced and I completed my first muscle-up!!! I kept practicing and was able to keep it going. This served as a great early Christmas gift.

I watched this video late last night, dreamt I was doing it, woke up thinking I did it, then grabbed the rings first thing this morning and got my first strict muscle-up as easy as anything on the first attempt! I couldn't believe it was so easy once I changed the angle of the body. Been showing off and doing them all day today! Awesome coaching! Thanks so much.

Love it..... Im going to play with this tonight.  I can do a kipping muscle up, but let me tell you its a crazy big kip.
