  • 10 Strict Toes to Bars  
  • Hold top of Ring Push Up  with 1-arm
    • 20 second hold on each arm 
    • Start at top of Ring Push up, slowly release one arm. Straddle legs for stability. 
    • Raise rings to scale or widen leg stance. 
  • Hold L Seat  for 10 seconds
