PERFORM The "Man" Test on parallel bars:

  • Dips  on one end of parallel bars
  • Walk on hands across parallel bars to other end
  • Dips  on opposite end of parallel bars
  • Walk on hands back to beginning position on parallel bars

Repeat ladder with 4-3-2-1

  • The test is fully complete when you perform the last single dip and walk back to original starting position
  • Kipping dips are allowed
  • The "Man" Test must be performed unbroken
