Spent 30 minutes with this WOD.  Almost got down all the way, not quite.

Tried this one out at CF Providence this morning and definitely achieved more flexibility in the split.  My legs still feel great b/c of the MWOD stuff which makes me realize I need to spend more time stretching.

Just what the Doctor ordered after a brutal week of WODs at CF Providence... THANKS!

crossfit providence had us do this mwod today, and I'm excited to do more!  I've always had to work at flexibility and these mwods will really help!

Great flexibilty WOD... my split increased by at least 6 inches at crossfitprovidence!

Tried this one at Cape Crossfit this morning, noticed Im alot more flexible on one side.  After the MWOD mobility was similar on both sides
