My grip was gone, I was battling to keep myself on the pull up bar which slowed me down a lot

We had a 15min time cap to complete 5 rounds. We did games style burpees onto a bumper plate. I only completed 3rounds, 20burpees and 7 T2B. I  battle with the kip in toes to bar and cant string them together - Need to practice
