DB inverted cross over I did with a very light weight as my body still feels a bit wrecked from FiCT - I found the movement pretty easy.
V-outs were a little more challenging, I raised the rings to about belly button height - but didnt feel to bad.
TTB felt way stronger - I could not keep the steady kip without swinging with my toes all the way to the bar. i got them just higher than a L-seat position and managed to do 5 consecutively each time before my grip gave in. Will keep practicing
practiced for 10 minutes forward roll to hand stand, using your momentum from the roll made the transition easier, rolling out of the hand stand is getting better through practice
I practiced cartwheels - probably for the first time since I was 10. I am not landing very gracefully, I need to keep my legs more straight and use more momentum in the cartwheel. Not sure my hand placing is entirely right....
