Managed to get the Tripod Tuck Up to Headstands ok. Straddle was difficult to keep my balance during the lowering leg phase. The forward roll tuck up to handstand had to be scaled to an inverted burpee, kick to handstand against a wall and I didn't manage to put the two movements together very well. I can kick to handstand (against a wall) with one leg leading but two legs at the same time confuses my brain!
Tripod Tuck Up to Headstands was quite good however felt a bit unco at the Straddle. Substituted an inverted burpee, kick to handstand against a wall for the forward roll tuck up to handstand-found it tricky kicking up using two feet as opposed to using a leading foot. Overall was a fun workout though.
