Good tuck to handstands but straddle and pike variations require more hamstring flexibility. Also roll out of handstand was getting very sloppy towards the end.
First time ever i have looked forward to burpees in a workout. My pistols suck and need a lot of work.
Still haven't mastered the Kip. Got the swing going, but then confusion kicks in. Work in progress for sure.
How come the weaker leg is soooo much weaker?? Got no balance or drive on my right leg, even though I prefer to use that leg for most other things.
After the WOD, my thighs were giving off heat like an infra-red toaster oven.

worked through the kips, pull ups and chest to bar trying to tidy up the kip. im getting better but still no where near hips to bar!

Tuck and straddle to headstand I had no problem with. I really enjoyed the forward rolls to handstands, a bit shaky to start with but improved as i went a long.
scaled the press outs but the planche throughs and toes to bar were both good
