I did everything in sets of 5 with about a 30-60 second rest inbetween. I dont think Ian completed all the pull ups. If he says he did, he's lying.:)

Took my sweet time with this. Felt stronger with underhook and mixed grip. Tough to keep legs straight on the toes to bar.

Nothing close to a split, but held it for five minutes. Had to break up the pancake into five single minutes: couldn't get flat against the floor, lower back felt incredibly stiff. Uncomfy.

Freestanding handstands, focusing on keeping hollow & tension. Found it a bit easier to adjust balance with my hands & wrists with everything tight!

Side split with box as support, 5x1m. Got a little wider than last time. Pancak split used a contraption consisting of power bands, barbell and a power rack to get the legs wide as possible (which was not terribly wide...)

Did this workout with Ian it was a pretty tough one but still good. Handstands tried to keep strict but by the second round had to kip.  Also I dont know if you noticed but my time was better then Ian's. :)
