Cindy was good, 6+12. Burpees were unbroken but will be a LOT faster when I get the hang of jumping down into the push-up position. DU's are normally ok, but this time I missed a lot, which wasn't helped by a rouge shoelace!
Felt ok, wasn't sure of the weight I was meant to use for the press but went with 10kg dbs and 7.5kg db s for the cross. Had to do this at the gym at work so no rings but subbed perfect push ups and lateral straight arm raises on the bench, don't know what they're called!
