12 Kipping Pull-ups unbroken and 9.30 for V-ups
Tucked v-ups, 15 pull ups
Felt horrible while doing it, my adductors were on fire but felt a lot better afterwards. Air squats felt much better
8 pull ups
Great MWOD- need to do this regularly as yep- its a weakness
