Could not complete bridge-up. Practiced with hips up and arms clasped behind me on the floor.
have never done bridge ups! quite a challenge!
Haven't done bridges since gymnastics, nice to see that I can still do them well.
I definately noticed a difference between my right and left leg.
Felt the burn in my hip flexors and gluts!
Bridge ups were pretty easy for me, as well as the pass thrus. :-) Can't say that often about WODs so a good day!
Really felt this all through my inner and outer thigh, and hips. Hardest was the side swing... need to work on flexibility there. Ow.
Seemed simple until you're at about the 40th leg swing.
legs were really burning
Have been doing bridges since I was young in gymnastics but got worn out continuously bridging up and down. My wrists were pretty sore after.. skin the cat hang felt good to stretch my shoulders
