First comment after creating account:

Did workout today but added 1:00 of jump rope to beginning.  (Afterwards, did Tabata This!)

3 rounds:

w/1st rd of 1/2 wall climb hold, hollow body, superman; 

then 2nd & 3rd rds HSH against wall, hollow body and superman.  Felt good position work.  Will repeat soon and improve quality!
