Right leg felt better then left. I noticed that when my core was not engaged my form was off so I really worked on keeping a tight core.
This one was tough. I got the handstand down for 5 minutes, but the L Hang I couldn't get a full 5.
Felt good doing the pistols, I have not done them in months and was happy they were programmed. I have trouble with flexibility at the bottom of the squat.
I tried to do some. I sucked!

I think by taking time to focus on the kipping motion, I am finally able to string together some strong assisted pull ups with my chin well over the bar! Next up is pull up to the chest!!
Five minutes doesn't sound like a long time until you actually do it :o) Set new PR for handstand hold at 1:15 mins.
Practiced kipping HSPU, got up to 4 continuous. Also skin the cat and other pull up/muscle up bar work.
150 V-ups took forever!!
- Significantly improved my Hollow body position... I can only maintain being inverted, however, for short periods.
