Just worked on progression 1...did 5 Left & 5 Right at the top of every minute for 10 minutes...
Better going to the left for some reason...more aggressive kicking the legs up when going to the left, which seems to make the entire movement easier. Noticed that I was moving in 360 degree circles for each set, in each direction...not sure my feet ever got higher than hips.
Did wod w/ 2 (36 lb) KB's...spent most of the time on the c2b pullups...have to work on pushing away from bar on the way down...coming straight down att. Also have to be a bit quiet b/c of neighbors below -- my pullup apparatus sits on the floor.
Completed two more rounds of 10-5. Plus did a 60 second handstand static hold on paralettes.
