i can easily do 2m broad jump but i didnt want to push it my slippery apartment :D

both hollows and superman rocks: 40-30-30 ..i think my form is pretty solid but not perfect

..also, love the "new" background :)

Did four 90 seconds intervals and two 120 seconds intervals ...it gets easier when you take your mind off it..my legs were on fire! loveit
